Any complaints regarding an auctioned lot should be submitted directly to the auction organizer.
You can file a complaint with the OneBid portal regarding the auction process and the functionality of our website or app. Complaints related to the non-performance or improper performance of a contract made upon accepting our terms and conditions should be submitted electronically to the provided email address: support@one.bid.
Complaints do not cover defects, faults, and irregularities resulting from:
user errors or mistakes,
issues arising from the malfunctioning of the user’s web browser or telecommunications connections,
the actions of third parties who are not involved, at the initiative of the service provider, in delivering services through the platform.
