After completing a purchase on our platform, you will receive a transaction confirmation document, such as a receipt or an invoice. This document is issued by the auction organizer and delivered either with the shipment or via email, depending on the organizer’s procedures. If the invoice was issued through our service, you will also find it in the auction details on your OneBid user account under Auctions > My Purchases. Locate the selected auction and download the invoice by clicking the Invoice button.
